IP&MA takes a flexible approach to consulting, offering services that best fits your needs. We provide both on-site and remote consulting services, on a short- or long-term basis. Virtual consultations may be combined with on-site evaluations at the request of the facility.
IP&MA infection preventionists work collaboratively with a facility to manage the infection prevention program activities. We provide long-term, onsite IP staffing, leadership support remote or hybrid support, and have limited availability for interim staffing coverage.
When you have a critical safety issue such as sterilizer malfunction, CMS immediate jeopardy, damage from natural disasters, or need for immediate support in infection prevention and control IP&MA offers rapid consultations for unusual occurrences, and time critical support. Remote or on-site support can be available.

One of our strengths is infection preventionist education focusing on IP skills and competencies and CIC certification success. We offer flexible, self-paced and live training options with continuing education credits (CEU, CNE IPU). Healthcare staff training in infection prevention and control subjects is also available.
We offer infection preventionist competency validation for HAI surveillance interrater reliability and assessment of CIC certification readiness. Both assessments validate current skill, and include detailed recommendations for future study. We are also available to support healthcare worker competency development and assessment for infection prevention and processes.
